Corporate Culture
Values are just words on a wall unless they translate into concrete practices. Each of the four below maps to actions we actually carry out.
Quality First
Every data point on the mill test certificate must come from the inspection records of that specific batch. We would rather turn down an order than issue a certificate that doesn't match the goods.
Deliver on Our Word
Delivery commitments are based on production capacity and vessel schedules. We verify a feasible lead time before scheduling, and once committed, we track every milestone through to loading.
Shared Responsibility with Customers
We get involved early in material selection and standard confirmation, flagging any potential problem areas before the quotation stage.
Long-Term Thinking
Export business depends on repeat orders, not one-off deals. Our customers' technical requirements feed back into improving our production and documentation management.
Four Values, Built into Process
| Value | What We Do | How It's Verified |
|---|---|---|
| Quality First | Mill test certificate data is taken directly from the inspection records of that batch—no template reuse | Request the original inspection records for any batch |
| Deliver on Our Word | Feasible lead times are confirmed before scheduling; after commitment, milestones are tracked through to loading | Contract delivery date vs. actual shipment date |
| Shared Responsibility with Customers | Potential problem areas (standard differences, tolerances, packaging) are clarified before quoting | Risk disclosure clauses in the quotation |
| Long-Term Thinking | Customer technical requirements feed back into the product and documentation improvement list | Review whether corrective actions from the last complaint have been implemented |
